You can return items for a cash or in-store credit, provided:

  1. You return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Item must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and all original packaging and items must be included.
  3. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or colour, the shipping costs involved will be on you.
  4. If your order has been dispatched or delivered, and you’d like to return the items for a refund, the shipping costs involved will be on you.

Defective Socks:

  1. Unfortunately, sometimes manufacturing defects slip through, and we gladly replace these socks.
  2. If you experience any issues with your socks within 7 days of wearing them, please get in contact with us!

Steps in returning an item:

  • We will get back to you ASAP to resolve the problem.
  • Simply go to the Contact Us page.
  • Fill out the form.
  • In the Message block, tell us why you would like to exchange the item (defective/size/style/colour).
  • Submit the form.
